About
Professionally, Khairul Azhar is a trainer in the area of team building, character building and self awareness. He developed and run 2 signature programs, HITALER (High Impact Teambuilding and Leadership Retreat) and THAW (Teen High Awareness Workshop).
When he is dry financially (got to accept job to eat), he is also a Management Consultant, mainly in the area of Operation Management and Human Capital Development.
In the area of photography, he is a passionate nature photographer. He shoot from close-up of flora and bugs, small creeks and streams to mystifying waterfalls, glory seconds of dusk to dawn, from sea, island and sky to urban environment and skyscrapers.
He’s active in local photography scene and also a regular columnist for Advance Images & Photography and Travelution magazine. He started contributing to magazine after pissed looking at local content that
- Constantly promoting KLCC and KLIA (and now Pavilion)
- Phuket and Bali photos were amazing compared to Malaysia Destinations.
In addition to magazine contribution, he’s also a speaker on Nature Photography topics. He was one of the speakers for KLPF 2007 & KLPF 2008 (Kuala Lumpur Photography Festival).
He is also actively involved in photography development; instructor and facilitator for photo-outings and workshops. Namely, Sony Alpha & NEX Photo Outing, Ted Adnan’s Photo-Trek and his own, i-Nature Photography Workshop.
